Processing Times
Orders can sometimes take 1-2 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
What types of delivery does Seapoom have?
In most cases we use UPS, USPS, DHL. However, if another courier is at that moment faster, we might choose that courier instead.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you the information on how to track your order.
If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work. Contact us and we’ll fix it!

Canceled Orders:
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of placing the order at service@seapoom.com. When requesting a cancellation, please provide your order number and contact information.
If the package is currently in transit, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel your order.
What should I do if I receive an incomplete product?
First, please make sure that you have only received one tracking number from us. If this is the case, please contact our customer service team at service@seapoom.com . We will investigate and process your request within 12 hours and communicate with you to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a logistics investigation, reshipment, refund, or replacement of the missing item(s).
